Ever wonder why only the early bird gets the worm? It’s because they’re the only ones rolling for Initiative!

Early Bird is a cozy, d20-powered point-and-click game where your breakfast depends entirely on the whims of the dice. Forget reflexes—in this meadow, you’re playing against a Difficulty Class (DC). Will you feast like a king or go hungry because of a stray natural one?

How to Play 🐛

It’s simple! To try and snag a snack:

• Click the number floating above a worm's head.
• Watch the D20 spin.
• Pray to the RNG gods that you meet or beat the score!

The Scoring Breakdown 📊

Your success depends on the roll of the die. Here is how the points shake out:

Roll Result	Outcome	Points
NAT 20	Critical Success! You’re a legend.	+2 Points
Meet or Beat DC	A successful hunt. Enjoy the protein.	+1 Point
NAT 1	A critical fail (unless the DC was 1).	-1 Point & Lose the Worm

Whether you're a seasoned Dungeon Master or just a bird looking for a bite, come test your luck in the grass. Just remember: the dice give, and the dice take away.
